Terms of Service

RecallIQ is operated by COLLINGHAMCO LTD (Company No. 15540675), registered in England and Wales. By using RecallIQ or signing up to our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service.

RecallIQ provides automated vehicle reminder messaging services to independent garages. The service sends SMS and/or email reminders to garage customers before their MOT, service, or recall dates, branded with the garage's name.

The service is currently in pre-launch. Signing up to the waitlist does not constitute a binding contract for service provision until a formal agreement is entered into.

The AEO plan is £79/month flat. This price is locked in for as long as you remain an active customer. COLLINGHAMCO LTD reserves the right to terminate service in the event of misuse or breach of these terms, in which case the locked-in rate guarantee no longer applies.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@recalliq.online. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are issued for prorated amounts only if a billing error occurs. Once a subscription is active, standard service fees are non-refundable, but you retain access to your account until the end of the billing period.

You agree not to use RecallIQ to:

• Send messages to individuals who have not consented to receive them
• Engage in spam, phishing, or any unlawful messaging activity
• Violate any applicable UK or EU law, including PECR and UK GDPR
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our underlying systems

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using RecallIQ, you confirm that you have obtained necessary consents from your own customers to send them automated messages, as required under PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COLLINGHAMCO LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of RecallIQ. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us during that period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
